What should I do if I am concerned about service charges or CCTV?

 

Please contact Southern Housing’s service charge team and ask for clarification or supporting information.

If you remain dissatisfied, you should use Southern Housing’s complaints process.

What should I do if I receive a parking ticket?

 LGTRA cannot cancel parking tickets and does not work for UKCPM.

You should first appeal directly to UKCPM. If you are not satisfied, contact Southern Housing at hello@southernhousing.org.uk. If the matter remains unresolved, you can send your evidence to the LGTRA Secretary so wider parking concerns can be raised..

How can I report repairs, leaks, damp or mould?

 Please report the issue directly to Southern Housing first and keep a record of your report, including reference numbers, emails and photographs.

If the matter remains unresolved, you can contact your block representative or the LGTRA Secretary so the issue can be raised with Southern Housing.
